The RV parks are located north, south, east, and west of the hot air balloon festival. The map below is taken from the AllStays app to show locations of the RV Parks in the Albuquerque area. We were lucky to get an RV site at the fairgrounds. We visited the hot air balloon festival in 2017 and wrote a post about our fantastic experience. The event is attended by nearly 750,000 visitors each year, many of whom come from out of town in their RVs looking for a place to stay. It is truly a beautiful sight to see hundreds of hot air balloons take off over the Sandia mountains and land each day.
